If your item is damaged due to shipping it is not able to be returned or refunded.
Please also note, that if you're buying any handmade items, the dyed papers and books are not fixed. If they come into contact with water (tears/wine etc) they will run.

This book is little and light so it can easily be purchased with other items and popped in with them. Just please choose the correct postage for the item you're buying.
Once you’ve paid, your item/s will be lovingly wrapped and sent from my studio in Auckland, New Zealand. You’ll receive an automated email with the tracking details once your order’s been processed.
It takes approximately four weeks to get from New Zealand to the US/CANADA/EUROPE and sometimes AUSTRALIA despite it being so close!
