I am a collector of stories - some of my own are in the book mixed in with other people's stories for good measure.
 
The book isn't just a good read, it also offers readers an opportunity to look at the world differently.  Some of the characters in the book come face to face with some tricky and challenging situations, but they aren't left in the dark. The staff at The Department of Angels are trained to take them through their life challenges step-by-step.
 
The fact that the employees have their own flaws and challenges, means this process is not a dull one - not at all!!!
